Born for Tacos. Great on Everything.

After years of enjoying the incredible green and orange sauces served at local taco trucks, I went looking for that same flavor in a bottle.

I tried hot sauces from grocery stores, specialty shops, and just about anywhere else I could find them — but nothing quite captured that fresh, bold taco-truck flavor I was chasing.

So I started making my own.

That search eventually became Grateful Green and Grateful Orange — small-batch hot sauces made with fresh ingredients, layers of flavor, and enough heat to keep things interesting.
